Letter Jacket Ordering FAQ
How long will it take to get my jacket with patches sewn on jacket?
It will take 8 to 10 weeks from the time we receive your order in our office.
How long will it take to get my loose patch order?
It will take 4 to 6 weeks from the time we receive your order in our office.
Where will my jacket be delivered?
All jackets will be delivered to the school and be distributed upon arrival.
What is included with the jacket only cost?
The jacket only cost comes with the award letter, which is sewn on the front, left
side of the jacket. Each award letter comes with an insert designating the activity
in which the student has earned the jacket. You are financially responsible for
anything else that you might wish to have on your jacket to show your achievements.
If your organization does not provide you with the jacket, then you are responsible
for the jacket and patches. Jackets must be earned through the school.
What are my payment options?
We accept cash, check, money order and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover). Payment is requited in full for jacket/patch order to be placed.
When will I be sized?
A Balfour representative will be on campus to size for awarded jackets. Dates will
be set by the director of the organization of which you lettered. Persons who missed
the order date may come by the Balfour office to be sized during normal business
hours. Actual jacket sizes (xxs-5xl) will be used for sizing and YOU will select
the size of YOUR choice at that time.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can be made up to 48 hours after orders have been submitted. All changes
must be in writing. E-mail

requesting.
What happens if there is a problem with my jacket?
Balfour strives hard to ensure that all jackets are error free. In the even there
is a manufacturer defect or error Balfour will fix/replace the jacket within 3 weeks
at no charge. If it is a customer mistake Balfour will gladly replace at customer
cost.
*Important Information*
All orders must be received in writing. Telephone orders cannot be accepted.
Pictures of patches are only examples. Your patch design may vary slightly.
Sales tax will be added to all prices. Returned checks will result in a $25 NSF
fee. Both returned checks and declined cards will result in your order being canceled.
